(1) Vendor needs to provide internal audit services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Firm must demonstrate the agility to collect and analyze data, adapt to changing risk landscapes, and develop meaningful process improvement possibilities under tight time constraints.– Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal financial, procedural, information system, and compliance audit plan, as well as a specialized continuous auditing plan for the agency.– Plan and conduct complex, difficult, specialized, and sensitive field audits across divisions.– Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan for participating employers to determine compliance with rules and regulations regarding contributions and employer reporting on all eligible employee earnings.– Audit pension controls, benefit calculations, and fund transfers to ensure precision and compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
