(1) Vendor needs to provide water main condition assessment, analysis and long–term monitoring service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Providing strategic planning for recommended rehabilitation, ongoing maintenance, and asset replacement, and leveraging expertise in regulatory compliance, workforce and capital planning, and system performance. – Planning and performing condition assessments using various in–service and out–of–service tools.– Managing day–to–day program tasks and supporting coordination(2) The contract period will be for five years.
