CLEANING-13398 - USA (Stone Mountain, Georgia) - Pressure Washing Contractor Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pressure washing contractor services to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA. – Pressure washing services at various schools and facilities across the agency. – The range of pressure washing shall consist of horizontal and vertical washing, and shall include, sidewalks, curbs, walls, doors, windows, soffits, fascia, awnings, gutters, trim, etc.– Surface materials generally shall include, concrete, masonry, brick, wood,1 metal, glass, aluminum, and exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS).– Pressure washing shall result in the removal of all foreign materials to include, mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, gum, bird droppings, sand, and dirt.– Gutters shall be cleaned out during pressure washing operations to ensure free flow from the top to bottom and windows shall be squeegeed dry to leave a clear streak free finish.– Sidewalks, within ten feet (10’) of the building, and entrance pads shall also be cleaned.– Provide all apparatus for safe operation at heights, this will include, ladders, scaffolds, man–lifts, rigging, anchor freestanding counterweight systems, ropes, chairs, harness’s, squeegees, etc.– Brush cleaning and low–pressure cleaning shall be used if necessary to avoid damage to building exteriors. – Care shall be taken to ensure that there is no damage to the interior and/or exterior of the building. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
