(1) Vendor needs to provide community–wide assessment grant administration and implementation services to the government authority located in Rome, GA.1. Grant administration and implementation:– The chosen firm will provide technical support, including assistance with required reporting to the state.– The chosen firm will provide regular progress updates and assist with preparation of grant–required quarterly and annual reports including assisting with financial reimbursement forms, and preparation of an end–of–grant close–out report summarizing grant activities, successes, and obstacles.2. Community involvement assistance:– The consultant will be asked to support in public involvement and community engagement activities to ensure that the community concerns are considered and addressed in the assessment planning and execution process of the projects.– Develop a community engagement plan to detail a strategy for involving the community in brownfield activities.– Conduct public meetings and hearings to solicit community interest and provide educational information.– Consult with prospective private landowners and developers to encourage participation in the program.3. Cleanup and redevelopment planning:– Concept level redevelopment site plans, etc.– Site remediation work plans and cleanup plans.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
