Arlington Outlet Overhead Crane Replacement

The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following project: Arlington Outlet Overhead Crane Replacement Brief Description of Work: 1. Replacement and commissioning of the overhead crane at Arlington Outlet facility a. Capacity requirement of 3 tons, electrically operated b. A double trolley system is required c. Structural and electrical engineering services will be required 2. Electric equipment, materials and installation shall comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), and with the latest edition of the applicable codes and standards. 3. Prepare and submit schedules for the Work and update schedules at their prescribed frequency for the duration of the Project. 4. Implement a quality management system to control the quality of the Work and verify that the Work meets the standards of quality established in the Contract Documents. 5. Perform a thorough cleaning of the Site, buildings, or other structures prior to Owner occupancy of the buildings, and prior to final completion. Leave the Project clean and ready for occupancy.
