(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated library system (ILS) and online catalog software–as–a–service.– Requires a commercially available, cloud–based Integrated Library System (ILS) and Online Catalog Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) platform to support its administrative and operational library functions.– Execution of a complete, error–free data extraction, mapping, validation, and migration of all legacy bibliographic, patron, and historical transaction records out of the incumbent system (SirsiDynix) into the new SaaS platform.– Must support SAML 2.0 Single Sign–On (SSO) integration.– SaaS hosting environment must adhere to federal cybersecurity compliance standards(2) The contract period will be for one year.
