(1) Vendor needs to provide enhanced emergency medical services to the government authority located in Sparks, NV.• The Agency seeks to enhance the provision of emergency ambulance transport services within its boundaries, with particular emphasis on:• Improved response times.• Improved quality of care.• Providing innovative solutions for prehospital emergency medical responses.• Improved sustainability and economics for the City.• Developing revenue sources to re–invest into identified system enhancements.• Provide 24/7/365 field supervisors as agreed upon in deployment plan(s).• Identify Enhanced Emergency Medical Services posting locations in the Service Area to obtain the desired response time goals.• Commit to the continued collaboration to provide high–quality first response service on life–threatening incidents• Develop and modify EMS system protocols and procedures(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
