EXTRA-72843 - USA (Kansas City, Missouri) - Prevailing Wage and Labor Compliance Monitoring Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide prevailing wage and labor compliance monitoring services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.               • Prevailing Wage Monitoring– Monitoring compliance is intended to be all–encompassing and includes, without limitation, arranging and attending contractor meetings, conducting labor interviews, reviewing Certified Payroll Reports, identing violations of the prevailing wage Requirements, engaging with the relevant developer/contractors as needed for purposes of resolving violations, identifying.• Labor Compliance Monitoring– For conducting onsite visits to construction sites for purposes of observing and attempting to determine whether there is reason to believe that a project might not be complying.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
