EXTRA-71427 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Success Transition Program Services - Deadline July 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide success transition program services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Serve all referred clients regardless of custody level, risk level, or criminal history (including registerable/notifiable sex offenders). – Have an initial reach in meeting face to face or virtual with the clients prior to release. – The meeting shall not be shorter than twenty (20) minutes and no longer than an hour. – The meeting is to assess release needs and establish a rapport with the client. – The ninety (90) program starts on the day the client is released to the community. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.
