DRA-11902 - USA (Visalia, California) - Professional Land Surveyor Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land surveyor services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.• Provide final map review, grant of right of way review, easement document review, assist in the right of way acquisition process by reviewing and/or providing legal documents, legal description writing and execution, drafting services, and any other Professional Land Surveyor services.• Final Subdivision and Parcel Maps, including technical review and stamping/signing maps that have been deemed technically correct– Lot Line Adjustments– Legal descriptions for easements, grant deeds, quit claims deeds, and irrevocable offers of dedications– Boundary/agency surveys– Boundary dispute documents– Letter of Map change boundary descriptions– Elevation Certificates– Corner Records– Annexation Documents/Maps– Certificates of Corrections– Certificates of Compliance– Right of way abandonments(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Teleconference will be held on October 28, 2026.
