(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation claims third–party administration services.– Provide workers' compensation claims third–party administration (WCTPA) services for all existing claims as well as all reopened or new claims reported.– Third party administration (TPA) of workers’ compensation program (WC Program) using the county’s risk management information system.– Cost reduction approaches while serving the interests of the injured workers, departments, and risk management branch of the CEO.– A pay for performance relationship.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
