EXTRA-77703 - USA (Oakland, California) - Recorder Notification Program Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recorder notification program services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – Provide a comprehensive recorder notification program.– The contractor shall be responsible for implementing, operating, maintaining and supporting the proposed solution throughout the term of the contract.• Establishing secure interfaces to receive recorded document information from agency systems.• Identifying documents requiring notification.• Printing, mailing and tracking required notifications within statutory timeframes.• Providing administrative tools that allow authorized agency staff access to search or request notification history, processing activity and certain reports to assess program compliance.• Maintaining complete notification history, audit records and reporting information.• Providing implementation services, testing, training, documentation, maintenance, technical support and ongoing system updates.• Supporting future statutory, regulatory, operational and technology changes through system configuration or other mutually agreed upon modifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 13, 2026.
