(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation impact mitigation fee update service to the government authority located in Thousand Oaks, CA.• Project Kickoff Meeting: Consultant shall coordinate and lead a Project kickoffmeeting with relevant City staff. The meeting shall serve to establish Project expectations,clarify roles, and set the foundation for successful collaboration throughout the project.The meeting shall cover the following key points:a. Discuss and confirm the project work, scope, schedule, and budget.b. Discuss the roles and responsibilities of each party involved in the project andestablish lines of communication.c. Discuss what background data and materials are necessary for the project, ensuringthat relevant plans, studies, and reports are identified and accessible for review.• Ongoing Project Coordination: Consultant shall maintain regular communicationwith City staff to keep them informed of project progress.• Deliverablesa.
