(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site confidential destruction services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– The agency utilizes sixty–four (64) gallon European locked security bins and smaller traditional security consoles.– Provide onsite mobile shredding services for the complete destruction of confidential documents including paper, paper clips, sticky notes, glossy paper, NCR paper, and hanging file folders.– The material will be in locked 64–gallon bins or consoles, which the contractor will collect and take out to the mobile shredding unit and will shred the material onsite with a state employee witnessing the destruction.– The contractor will leave a certificate of destruction with the witness reflecting the location, number of bin tips, and the date of service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
