MRB-55889 - USA (Illinois) - Advertising Services on Bus Audio Announcement System - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising services on bus audio announcement system.– Sell advertising space on agency on–bus GPS location–based audio announcement system with scrolling (visual, text–only) message screen.– Share with Pace revenue from audio ad sales and reimburse agency for the cost of installing/uploading, airing, maintaining and removing the digital audio advertising– Provide adequate management and staff to sell audio advertising space on all agency buses in sufficient volume to maximize advertising revenues and, as reasonably as possible, utilize 100% of the available advertising space.– Responsible for collecting revenue from advertisers, recording all sales, and providing a monthly report of ad sales (including advertiser names and dollar amounts)(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
