REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (SELECTION of individual consultants) Republic of Tajikistan TAJIKISTAN FINANCIAL AND PRIVATE SECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (TFPSDP) Assignment Title : International Individual Consultant for Legal and Institutional Reforms (Revision of the Export Development Law and the Chamber of Commerce Law) Grant No.: E2040-TJ Date: June 27, 2026 The Government of Republic of Tajikistan received funding (grant) from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group (WBG) for the implementation of the “Tajikistan Financial and Private Sector Development Project” (TFPSDP). The project aims to strengthen the savings/deposit insurance system, facilitate bank lending to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and enhance the integration of MSMEs into production-marketing chains/value chains. The State Institution “Project Implementation Unit for Access to Green and Rural Development Finance” under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan within the framework of the Project invites interested candidates to express their interest for the vacant position of International Individual Consultant for Legal and Institutional Reforms (Revision of the Export Development Law and the Chamber of Commerce Law).
