On-Call Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair and Services Fixed Price Bid

The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: 'Project Title , 'Project ID . Contractor shall be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as pre-approved sources of supply, however there is no guarantee of any work following contract award. The term of this service shall be for one year beginning in April 1, 2023 and ending March 31, 2024. There will be an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Pricing shall be firm for the initial term. Notice of rate increases must be sent to Procurement located at 124 Risdon Way, Columbia, SC 29223 or emailed to Procurement@RICHLAND2.ORG ninety (90) days prior to the renewal date. For each renewal period the rate increases shall not exceed 2%. Fixed Priced Bidding Information Any pricing provided by Contractor shall include all costs for performing the work associated with that price. Except as otherwise provided in this solicitation, contractor's price shall be fixed for the duration of this contract, including option terms. This clause does not prohibit contractor from offering lower pricing after award.
