(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal permitting modernization program services.– Provide municipalities with two years of no–cost access to a software platform that will improve workflow, modernize, support, and enhance current municipal building and zoning processes.– Municipalities interested in no–cost access to citizen serve, software, a browser–based software–as–a–Service (SaaS) platform for building plan approval including a subscription, support, and training.– Program participants will receive support from the software vendor to configure and deploy the program software at their municipality.– Functions can be made more efficient, transparent, and responsive through online software, which can expedite plan review, inspection, and approval processes while also reducing the administrative burden on municipal staff.– Adhere to meeting and reporting schedules as convened by the program administrator, programsoftware vendor and technical support provider so as to enable the successful roll out, delivery andintegration of program software in respective municipalities.– Provide the program software vendor with all necessary, existing municipal data and documentation so that the program software vendor can access baseline municipal needs and also support municipal customization and configuration of the program software such as copies of permit and license applications, fee structures, notices, forms, etc.– Work with the program software vendor within the first month of program participation to establish the objectives and timeline for the program software configuration and deployment.
