Installation of a Liquid solution feed Carbon Dioxide System at JEA Water Treatment Plant

The Contract is for the City of Port St. Lucie James E Anderson Water Treatment Plant CO2 System Addition. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to, the following: One (1) new bulk liquid carbon dioxide storage tank complete with refrigeration system, vaporizer, vapor heaters, pressure regulators and associated electrical equipment and controls on a new case in place concrete slab. One (1) new carbon dioxide solution feed panel and controls. Two (2) centrifugal carrier water booster pumps. New carbon dioxide solution piping and diffusers. All associated piping, valves, electrical, controls and appurtenances required and as shown on the Drawings. Security, Facility Gates & Safeguarding City-Assets When entering or leaving any gated Utility Systems Department facility: Vehicle must exit via exit gate and enter via the entrance gate only All vehicles must stop and wait for the gate to completely close behind them If worker encounters a malfunctioning gate, they shall call the facility operator at the number listed on the gate to report the problem See Appendices A and B to the eBid for Specifications and Drawings
