(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Rockford, IL. – Insurance brokerage firm to develop, market, and establish a comprehensive risk management and insurance program to provide adequate liability, property, auto, crime, cyber, workers’ compensation insurance, and other coverages as determined to be necessary by the authority.– Prepare insurance coverage specification and market programs prior to expiration of policies, indicating in writing markets being approached, coverage and deductible and retention options being considered.– Insurance policies or binders at the beginning of term of coverage.– Upon request, provide timely, verbal or written interpretation of coverage.– workers’ compensation and employers’ liability.– Review insurance carrier recommendations for appropriateness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
