(1) Vendor needs to provide promoting technology development service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The goal of this program is to support ethical, U.S.–led technology development that aligns with U.S. values and promotes human flourishing and human dignity, and to counter malign authoritarian influences that undermine human rights and fundamental freedoms. • Engage key international stakeholders from governments, academia, civil society, industry, and religious organizations to promote innovative and human–centered technology development.• Counter malign authoritarian influence that erodes protections for freedom of religion or belief and other fundamental freedoms, including methods and practices to undermine natural rights and human dignity.(2) This is notice of funding opportunity.
