(1) Vendor needs to provide site improvement project service for k–12 school to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Contact the state utilities notification center to mark the locations of public utilities within a 20–foot radius of our explorations at the site.– Provide a technical narrative describing surface and subsurface deposits, and local geology of the site, based on the results of our explorations and published geologic mapping.– Provide recommendations for the seismic site class, mapped maximum considered earthquake spectral response accelerations, and site seismic coefficients.– Provide a qualitative evaluation of seismic hazards at the site, including earthquake–induced liquefaction, landsliding, and surface rupture due to faulting or lateral spread.
