Vendor needs to provide health advisory committees research and support services to the government authority located in Falls Church, VA.• Services include developing reports, planning and executing meetings, working membership appointment requirements, updating the committee websites and databases, and maintaining the committees’ records.• Develop analytic framework and study methodology considering the full spectrum of qualitative research methods and techniques (e.g., interview, content analysis, case studies), quantitative research methods, and mixed–methods approaches, develop approaches to evaluating health care interventions considering outcome, effectiveness, benefits, harms, and other relevant information.• Develop concise summaries, briefing materials, reports, and visual models to inform committee deliberations related to findings and recommendations. Draft, write, and edit content based on research, information gathering, and committee deliberations to produce comprehensive, publication–level reports in support of committee activities.• Collect, organize, curate, and manage background materials including stakeholder information and input, interview data, literature reviews, and other relevant information.
