Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: Comensure Internal Control software license for up to 250 users, which will be used by the county to test and validate that controls within the various divisions are present, functioning, and in compliance with county standards and procedures. The system provides the county with reasonable assurance that policies and procedures are implemented to ensure the reliability of financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance with laws and regulations. It acts as a system of checks and balances to mitigate risks and achieve organizational goals. The Comensure Software has been used within the county since 2016.
