The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to prepare a Recreation Master Plan that supports evidence-based decision-making, recreation investment prioritization, partnership evaluation, financial sustainability, and long-term service delivery. The Plan will build on previous recreation planning work and align future major recreation investments with anticipated growth, regional trends, partnership opportunities, financial sustainability, and applicable City policies, plans, and priorities.
