(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and benefits study services to the government authority located in South Burlington, VT.– Assist the organization in evaluating its overall employee compensation, benefits and pay structure as compared to the market, perform a job audit and analysis for each position to determine appropriate classification; and update agency current Rating Manual– Compensation & Benefits Study:• Review existing compensation plans and benefit plans.• Include recommendations for the list of current comparative organizations.• Gather necessary survey data from comparable organizations• Evaluate recent pay increases and anticipated increases.• Identify and evaluate any compression between jobs/ranks and recommend appropriate remedies– Job Audit & Analysis• Evaluate current classification positions.• Gather necessary employee information through the use of a combination of site visits, job analysis questionnaires, group and individual interviews.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
