(1) Vendor needs to provide AI–enabled driver behaviour vehicle camera system 1to the government authority located in Flint, MI. – Provide, implement and install a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled driver behavior vehicle camera system to assist agency with driver safety oversight and evaluation support. – Provide an in–vehicle safety monitoring system for driver behavior that includes AI monitoring of driver actions in which the AI System generates immediate feedback to the driver and management personnel including the dispatch operations center and supervisors.• System installation: Install AI–enabled camera systems capable of continuously capturing and recording activity both in front of the vehicle and within the driver’s cab.• Data storage and retrieval: Provide secure cloud–based storage with the capability to retrieve recorded footage for a minimum of thirty days.• Real–time monitoring and event capture – Deploy AI technology that delivers real–time alerts to the operator and automatically records video footage of the following events:– Speeding, based on customizable user–defined thresholds (e.g., miles per hour over the limit and duration).– Failure to come to a complete stop at stop signs.– Following distance violations.– Hard braking incidents.– Driver eating or drinking while operating the vehicle.– Mobile device usage detection.– Driver drowsiness detection.• Driver scoring system: Provide supporting software that assigns safety scores based on the frequency and severity of recorded violations at the conclusion of each driver’s shift. • Driver performance ranking: Enable software functionality to rank drivers within the fleet according to their daily safety scores.• Driver feedback and acknowledgment interface – The system shall include a mobile interface that:– Is specific to each driver, is password protected, and displays the driver’s safety score from their most recent shift.– Identifies each violation contributing to the score. – Provides short video clips corresponding to each recorded violation.– Highlights mitigating actions or coaching guidance to prevent future occurrences.• Manager notification system: Provide software capable of immediately notifying designated management personnel of violations classified as “major”, as defined by user–configurable criteria, at the time of occurrence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
