(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel services to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA.• Advising on risk, regulatory issues, and coverage questions, assisting in interpreting policies, statutes, and case law, and providing general strategic guidance on legal issues arising in the operations.• Administrative proceedings especially before the board related to the eligibility of claims reported by participants for coverage and any subsequent appellate proceeding, including advice regarding the coverage and issues related to the administration. • Litigation related to the defense of claims against participants and, any actions for subrogation related to claims for coverage.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
