(1) Vendor needs to provide roadside toll collection system. • The System must also include a graphical, highly configurable dashboard that allows authorized users to view the current and historical performance of the projects in operation, using graphical charts and tables to view trends in the data such as yearover–year comparisons.• The System must provide a standard method by which Agency can query and export data from the System databases, as needed or on a predefined schedule.• The System must be capable of posting historical toll rates to a customer facing website designated by Agency.• The Dynamic Toll Rate Signs must be managed by a sign controller that may be integrated directly with the Dynamic Toll Rate Sign unit or remotely located at the roadside• The System must maintain historical tables reflecting changes to every configurable value within the System, including date and time changed, values changed to and from, and the user making the change.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
