(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Alexandria, LA.– provide without cost to the contractor, the following items: – Paper towels.– Toilet paper.– Liquid soap.– Stock paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap.– Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant.– Empty all wastebaskets and large receptacles and replace trash can liners.– Clean commodes, urinals, counters, mirrors, and wash basins in all restrooms.– Wipe down walls and partitions in bathrooms with damp sponge using disinfectant.– Clean all towel cabinet covers, dispensers and changing tables.– Wet mop and rinse restrooms floors with disinfectant.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
