CONS-22204 - USA (Fitchburg, Wisconsin) - Professional Construction Management Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction management services to the government authority located in Fitchburg, WI.– Services shall generally include performing construction management services related to the renovations.  – Construction manager shall review the schedule and construction budget furnished by the owner to ascertain the requirements of the project and shall arrive at a mutual understanding of these requirements with the owner.– Construction manager shall revise and update construction cost estimates with increasing detail and refinement. one estimate shall be provided during the design process when plans are 90% complete.– The construction manager will advise the owner, architect and city engineer if it appears the construction cost may exceed its portion of the approved project budget and make recommendations for corrective action.– Construction manager shall ensure that the contractor complies with all inspection requirements of the building code.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
