CONS-22302 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Construction Manager as Constructor Service - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager as constructor service to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.• The CMc, working in conjunction with the Owner, and selected Architect/Engineer, will be the developer, maintainer, and responsible party for cost estimates and schedules for this project.• The CMc will also be responsible for the creation of a detailed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for this project• These estimates will be done periodically with the Owner at the end of the Schematic Design phase, 50% Design Development, 100% Design Development, and a reconciliation at Construction Documents phases.• The CMc will schedule technical review sessions with the Architect and Owner to discuss design ideas, value engineering options, constructability, development of Plans and Specifications, adherence to the applicable Program, Budget and Schedule and other matters relevant to the design of the Project• CMc will attend meetings and actively participate with Project Team(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026
