CONS-24471 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Design-Build Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – The facility will also house clinical support spaces, including laboratories, a pharmacy, and medication rooms.– The exterior façade shall be designed to complement the existing building and reinforce a cohesive, unified campus environment.– Design Services – Construction Services – Post–Construction Services • Project management, including coordination with County staff and departments; • Building analysis and a mobilization plan for each construction sequence; • Development, management, and execution of a site–specific safety plan; • Preparation of the Project schedule, with monthly updates reflecting variances; • Recovery schedules and recommendations, as required; • All required insurance, including professional liability (errors and omissions) coverage for design services; • Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, prior to the start of construction; • Value engineering alternatives, incorporated into the documents upon County approval; • Management and execution of the design (construction documents) phase; • Management and execution of all required permitting; • Management and execution of the construction procurement phase; • Management and execution of all construction phase activities; • Management and execution of the post–construction phase (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
