(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan consultant services to the government authority located in Jenkintown, PA. – Strategic Plan Review:• Review the Library's current strategic plan and incorporate its vision and mission statements into the planning process.– Project Management:• Develop and manage the project schedule.– Stakeholder Engagement:• Develop and implement a stakeholder involvement process engaging a broad range of Stakeholders.– Facility Condition Assessment (FCA):• Provide a narrative documenting findings and needs, prioritized as immediate and short–term (1–5 years), mid–term (5–10 years), and long–term (10–20 years) repair and replacement, with estimated repair and replacement costs for each identified deficiency and maintenance need.– Space Analysis and Planning Options:• Prepare a comprehensive facility master plan with specific recommendations for facility improvements, including priority and phasing as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
