Request for Qualifications for Maintenance Contract of City of Golden’s Solar Photovoltaic Systems

The City of Golden, hereafter referred to as “the City”, is soliciting qualifications from experienced contractors to maintain the City’s nine solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The contract will run three (3) years, subject to annual appropriations. Interested parties are invited to submit statements of qualifications in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, October 17, 2025. Questions must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Proposals and Questions must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofgolden .
