(1) Vendor needs to provide transit corridor planning and environmental study services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Study will evaluate existing and future transit demand, assess operational models including fixed route and microtransit service, complete the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process, conduct robust public and tribal engagement, and develop flexible, modular conceptual designs for at least seven (7) enhanced bus stops– Design and construction of corridor improvements, including the seven (7) enhanced bus stops(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
