This project will implement a modern, automated AV and streaming solution that is reliable, easy to operate, and capable of delivering consistent performance regardless of network traffic or staff availability. The upgrade will address unreliable streaming, network congestion, operational dependence on specific staff, and the lack of standardization and automation. The new system will provide a stable, low-maintenance platform that supports transparency and public engagement through dependable remote sessions, live streaming and recording of Council meetings.
