Vendor needs to provide strategic planning contractor support service. – Provide strategic planning partner to collaborate with us in shaping a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide our priorities, programs, partnerships, and organizational growth over the coming years.- Identify, research and create implementation plan to launch high–impact, market–validated revenue streams—including expanded fee–for–service contracts, strategic partnerships, and diversified funding models—to ensure long–term financial resilience and sustained momentum.- Conduct an end–to–end organizational capacity assessment to optimize operational agility, develop scenarios for right–sizing organization based on revenue streams, and formalize executive succession and leadership transition plans.- Establish a unified long‑term vision in an actionable Implementation Blueprint featuring prioritized initiatives, defined responsibilities for moving the tasks forward, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource allocation models to secure a Blueprint outlining tactical plans to meet these goals and secure agency’s future.- Build a prioritization framework to identify high–potential service lines, revenue diversification, and partnership opportunities aligned with mission and financial stability.- Strategic Plan & Blueprint: Deliver a finalized, Board–ready Strategic Plan featuring a comprehensive implementation framework (priority actions, owners, timelines, and KPIs).
