CLEANING-14102 - USA (Waterville, Maine) - Custodial Service - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial service to the government authority located in Waterville, ME.• Each Day of Service – Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms, especially walls and floors surrounding sinks, toilets and urinals, in accordance with the Custodial Services General Specifications. – Clean and disinfect fixtures, handrails, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces. Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, soap, urinal products and other required restroom consumables. – Clean and disinfect all common–touch surfaces using approved germicidal cleaners. – Remove spots, stains and fingerprints from walls and interior doors. – Wash entrance door glass, interior windows and glass walls in public and common areas as needed. – Clean and sanitize public–area counters and tabletops. – Clean conference room tables. – Clean and sanitize breakroom counters, sinks, tables, chairs and microwave surfaces. – Clean and disinfect water fountains using a clean, unused cloth. – Empty waste baskets, collect trash and recyclables, and place them in the appropriate dumpster or container. Clean, sanitize and reline waste baskets before returning them to their proper locations. – Vacuum occupied areas, high–use areas, elevators and entry mats. – Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all non–carpeted flooring. – Perform low– and mid–level dusting up to six (6) feet. – Maintain and clean all entry mats and runners. – Maintain custodial closets in a clean, orderly and odor–free condition. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
