(1) Vendor needs to provide fund administration and management immigrant legal services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Developing and implementing processes for the equitable and timely distribution of funds;• Managing grant awards to qualified legal service providers;• Monitoring funded activities to ensure alignment with program requirements and City expectations;• Coordinating and managing a 7–member advisory committee based on existing grant–making policies, reviewing grant applications, awarding grants, and providing community foundation staff support for these advisory committee duties;• Improve coordination among immigration legal service providers serving residents;• Increase the availability of immigration legal representation and legal consultations;(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
