Please see the attached RFP# 17031 documents for details about this request for products/services and instructions for submitting questions and proposals. Important Information: Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470. All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by service providers to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Please refer to the RFP for full specifications and requirements. Pre-proposal conference is September 16, 2026 11 A.M. (CT). Last day for written questions is September 22, 2026. All proposals must be sealed and received by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026. Any proposal received later than the specified time shall be disqualified. Late responses will not be accepted in any form or fashion. Note that the service type Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) and Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) are only as applicable with the Internal Connections solution proposed in the RFP. The District is not soliciting separate bids for BMIC or MIBS. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid Proposals and will be disqualified from consideration.
