Vendor needs to provide captioning services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.• Provide real–time closed captioning for live broadcast of regularly scheduled public meetings, occasional press conferences, and similar events.• Provide audio over telephone and receive captioning data via Internet Protocol.• The Contractor must assume responsibility for any long–distance telephone charges directly associated with providing the service.• Provide continuous captioning service from the official start of the event through adjournment or conclusion without interruption.• Ensure captions are displayed with minimal latency and remain reasonably synchronized with the spoken content.• Review agendas, speaker lists, presentation materials, and other meeting information provided by the city in advance of meetings to improve caption accuracy.• Deliver transcripts electronically in Microsoft Word (.docx) or searchable PDF format within one business day following each captioned event.
