Vendor needs to provide sewage treatment monitoring services to the government authority located in Kauai, HI.1. Monthly plant and pump station reports:– Treatment unit process control numbers.– SPS alarms.– Water usage.2. Treatment units:– Inspect pre–loader tank for scum and settable buildup. – Hose down scum as needed.– Inspect distribution box for debris and buildup. – Clean and hose down as needed.– Inspect (5) 2500–gallon units.– Inspect percolation pits 1,2, and 3 for proper percolation. – Include in monthly report if cleaning is recommended. 3. Sewage pump stations:– Inspect pump controls for proper operations. – Check for improper noise and vibrations that may be occurring out of the ordinary.– Inspect piping for leaks.
