CSE-24396 - USA (Knoxville, Tennessee) - Armed Security Guard Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.• Coverage for holidays, weekends, or hours outside the regularly scheduled shift will be communicated to the firm in advance when such coverage is required.• At no time or under any circumstances shall the security guard attempt to apprehend, detain and arrest any individual suspected of violating the law.• If the primary guard fails to report for a scheduled shift or arrives late, the firm shall provide a pre–approved, equally qualified backup guard within one hour of the scheduled start time. If the primary guard leaves before 1:00 p.m., the firm shall provide a pre–approved, equally qualified backup guard with one hour of the primary guard’s departure. A backup guard will not be required if the primary guard leaves at or after 1:00 p.m.• The security guard will be responsible for operating the package x–ray machine located at the checkpoint.• The security guard shall carry a mobile phone, provided by either the proposing firm or the guard, on their person at all times during scheduled duty hours.• The security guard shall wear a firm–issued uniform that clearly identifies the security company.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
