(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health interim housing placement service to the government authority located in Fairfield, CA.– Provider agencies to enter into a new contract to operate an interim housing program serving the vulnerable populations described above.– Services must be delivered in a housing first, recovery–oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma–informed manner.– Data collection, homeless management information system, and reporting requirements– Specialty mental health services capacity– Coordinated entry system participation – Behavioural health collaboration and support– Onsite and telehealth–enabled services– Low–barrier access and engagement– Rapid intake and eligibility screening– Individualized service planning(2) The contract period will be for one year.
