(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health interim housing placement service to the government authority located in Fairfield, CA.– Provider agencies to enter into a new contract to operate an interim housing program serving the vulnerable populations described above.– Services must be delivered in a housing first, recovery–oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma–informed manner.– Data collection, homeless management information system, and reporting requirements– Specialty mental health services capacity– Coordinated entry system participation – Behavioural health collaboration and support– Onsite and telehealth–enabled services– Low–barrier access and engagement– Rapid intake and eligibility screening– Individualized service planning(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
