CLEANING-14311 - USA (Sarasota, Florida) - Parking Lot Sweeping Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot sweeping services to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.• Contractor shall clean and remove litter, leaves, dirt, sand, and debris from the parking lot pavement.• Contractor’s mechanical broom and vacuum trucks must have the ability to pick up and remove sand, soil, and rock.• Contractor must hand blow inaccessible areas including but not limited to corners and storm drains.• Contractor must promptly report any property issues to beach supervisor.• Disposal of debris is the responsibility of the Contractor.• Broom truck (including driver)• Vacuum truck (including driver)• Shoveling/Blowing (including all labor and equipment necessary to perform the service)• Parking lots shall be serviced by the Contractor Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. No loud equipment may be used before 7:00 a.m.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
