MRB-57494 - USA (Texas) - Student Affairs Strategic Plan Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student affairs strategic plan service.• Project partner will provide strategic–planning consulting services, including:1) Initial Review – Thorough review of existing data, focus–group findings and other input, initial plan priorities, and anticipated departmental activities; discussion with current leadership team members as necessary to support a preliminary framework for the strategic plan to which staff may provide feedback if appropriate at this stage.2) Construct the Plan – Completion of an elaborated strategic plan draft based on input from meetings with leadership and staff members, with additional information gathering to occur as needed to provide a comprehensive draft outlining the direction and scope of the strategic plan.3) Plan Finalization – Facilitation of extensive feedback from agency and relevant community partners to the draft plan, followed by integration of that feedback to refine the entire plan and then deliver it to leadership no later than March 1, 2027. – The comprehensive plan will connect the agency and its partners across agency, provide implementation guidance, and offer a framework for subsequent assessment, annual reporting processes, budget alignment, and resource development.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
