(1) Vendor needs to provide designated concrete parking facility structural integrity assessment service to the government authority located in Littleton, CO. • Contractor to perform a comprehensive structural integrity assessment of the designated concrete parking facility• High–performance vehicular traffic coating on the parking deck's upper level, complemented by a comprehensive structural assessment to identify critical remedial requirements.• This assessment will inform potential secondary scopes, such as localized demolition and concrete repairs.• Structural Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation (utilizing non–destructive testing where necessary) resulting in a signed and sealed report from a Licensed Professional Engineer.• Traffic Coating: Installation of a multi–stage vehicular traffic membrane, including surface preparation and manufacturer warranty documentation.• Safety & Traffic Plan: A strategy to minimize disruption to County operations and public access during the project.• Detailed Pricing: A cost breakdown for the assessment and coating, plus unit pricing for potential concrete repairs (e.g., per square foot of patching).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 10, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Aug 6, 2026
