CONS-22806 - USA (Alexandria, Virginia) - Professional Engineering Services for Thermal Drying Facility - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for thermal drying facility to the government authority located in Alexandria, VA. – Thermal Drying Facility Project (Project) design as performed by the Engineer consists of a series of core management tasks focused on the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project.– Provide all professional engineering, architectural, permitting, sustainability, construction phase, and commissioning support services necessary for the design, construction, startup, and closeout of the Project.– Provide overall project management and quality control.– Develop and maintain a Project schedule with input from CMAR that is regularly updated throughout Preconstruction Services.– Facilitate (meeting materials and exhibits) regular coordination meetings or workshops with CMAR, Owner, and/or others as needed for onboarding, layouts, design/constructability reviews, scheduling, package development, or other coordination items.– Maintain project action item and decision logs.– Provide a well–qualified and well–coordinated project team who understand both AlexRenew’s organizational goals and the Project objectives.– Review available reports, drawings, surveys, and record documents.– Develop and maintain a comprehensive Basis of Design Report documenting the technical approach and design criteria for the Project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
