(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide investigative services include to surveillance, witness interviews, service of process, accident site photography, and conducting background checks.– Provide investigative services after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays, as needed.– Conducting background checks through publicly available databases and social media.– Video and photographic surveillance of individuals and sites.– Interview individuals and draft interview memoranda for submission– Provide background information such as experience and qualifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
